Download TestPod
Click the red button. The file goes into your Downloads folder.
Open the file
Open your Downloads folder and double-click TestPod-Setup.pkg. The TestPod installer opens.
Install
Click Continue, then Install. Type the password you use to log in to this Mac and click Install Software. It takes a few minutes. When it says the installation was successful, click Close.
Open TestPod
Press ⌘ command and space together. A search box appears. Type TestPod and press return.
Sign in to TestPod
Type the email you signed up with. For the password, type 1234. Click Login.
Open our email
Find the email from Hitek Nova and click Add to my account. Not there? Look in Spam.
All done
Go back to TestPod and log in with your machine user. Your machine now shows in your dashboard.
Download TestPod
Click the red button. The file goes into your Downloads folder.
Open the file
Open your Downloads folder and double-click TestPod-Setup.exe. If your browser says it blocked the file, click Keep.
Let it run
A blue warning may appear — this is expected. Click More info, then Run anyway.
Finish the installer
Follow the installer to the end, then open TestPod.
Sign in to TestPod
Type the email you signed up with. For the password, type 1234. Click Login.
Open our email
Find the email from Hitek Nova and click Add to my account. Not there? Look in Spam.
All done
Go back to TestPod and log in with your machine user. Your machine now shows in your dashboard.

Problems?
- “No account found for this email”
- Sign up first at hiteknova.com/registration.
- “Link expired”
- The email link works for 30 minutes. Sign in on TestPod again for a new one.
- “This machine has already been added to an account”
- If that wasn’t you, email hello@hiteknova.com.
